Membership

CISC MEMBERSHIP

Everyone is welcome to join our membership.You can join the membership for yourself or with your family.  Being our members,  you will get informed about our activities every month by mail, electronic invitation (evite) or through our website.  You  are also  entitled to get a discounted rate for certain events and programs as a member.

MEMBERSHIP PERIOD

Annual membership runs from   November to October of  the following year.

MEMBERSHIP FEES

  • $20.00 for a family (including all children under 18 yrs old)
  • $10.00 for single

 

HOW TO APPLY OR RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP

There are three ways to apply or renew you membership:

1. Download the Membership Form and mail it along with a cheque pay to ” Canadian Indonesian Social Club”  to the address below.

2. You can also apply / renew your CISC membership in person at our Annual General Meeting (AGM).

3. Online Membership Subscription. Choose the Membership type below and click “Subscribe” to pay with Credit Card or Paypal account.
