Canadian Indonesian Badminton Club

We play at every Fridays: 7:30pm to 11:00pm

For over twenty years, the CISC Badminton Club have been providing our members and the Calgary badminton community a friendly place to play on Friday nights. We accept all level of players and provide plastic shuttles.

2011-12 MEMBERSHIP FEES
Yearly Membership: $230 (includes CISC membership)
Yearly + BA Membership: $250 – as above but also includes Badminton Alberta Competitive individual membership
* Yearly membership valid from September 1, 2011 to August 31, 2012

DROP-IN
Drop-in fee: $10
Number of drop-in slots: 12
First come, first serve for drop-ins.  Come early and pay before you play to secure a spot.

GAMES

One (1) game to 21 points using the rally point system. Please limit warm-ups to 2 minutes

SHUTTLES

Plastic shuttles are provided, however most members prefer playing with feather shuttles. We do have a limited quantity of Victor Tourney (Blue) feather shuttles available for sale. For more information, talk to one of the club executives during the badminton session.

Indonesian Folk DanceIndonesian Folk Dance

Learn Indonesian traditional folk dances in a friendly environment with fellow members. Our dancers perform at cultural events and exhibitions throughout the year. After a well deserved break, we have restarted our dance practices once again. Drop by our club house to check us out!

Friday nights, 6:30pm – 8:30pm
